Der Kerl im Parterre ist ab und zu blau,
und wenn er nachts heimkommt, schlagt er seine Frau.

Wie habn 'ne Kastanie im Hinterhof stehn,
um die gern die Kinder 'ne Rollschuhkar drehn,
Sind die Knie zerschunden, dann setzen sie aus

Die Mauern sind mit bunter Kreide verziert.
Herr Stunke, der meckert: "Ham Kinder beschmiert!"

und wer hat die Asche daneben gestreut?
Ein Fenster im Hof ist von Kresse umrankt.
Da wohnt eine Frau, mit der keiner sich zankt.
Die gieat die Kastanie, wenn Trockenheit droht,
und fattert die Tauben mit Wasser und Brot.
