Scott Baio

Scott Baio is better known for playing Charles on the sitcom 'Charles in Charge,' but in the early 2000s he started a band under his own name. The group included Chris Carter, Dennis Farrell, and Keith Piccone. They put out three albums between 2003 and 2007: 'Scott Baio,' 'Stargazer,' and 'The Boys Are Back.'

Their sound was a loose mix of alternative rock and funk, with lyrics that leaned toward humor and raunch. The song 'Wrong Hole' became their most notorious track. In 2004, they faced accusations of plagiarizing the melody for another song called 'Cowboy,' which Baio denied.

The band never broke through to a wide audience, but they developed a small following for their unpolished, cheeky approach. After their third album, the project quietly faded, leaving behind a handful of records that feel like a curious footnote to Baio's main career in television.
