Demonic laughter rose from the cracks in the earth,
satan himself allowed a smile as he proclaimed
"Rejoice my slaves for the lamb of God has been slain
A new age has begun of pestilence and war!"
Rising from hell's black the demons marched the earth
Dark clouds descended on the earth
Heaven's glory had been put out
Jesus wept. Jesus died.
As the world was swallowed the Father of this perfect Son
turned His face away disowning His own legacy
Blood drenched the land flowing to the depths of hell
from the wounds and the holes and the flesh and the bone
The very earth shook as it vomited
The skull a monument of victorious evil
But with one final dying breath the Lamb would end this sacred war
He pulled Himself up on His cross and heaved three final words
IT IS FINISHED
Satan was thrown back to his torment
A knock was heard at the door
Jesus Christ Himself claimed the key to the gates of Hell
