He released albums regularly from 2004 onward, including Melekler Sofrası in 2006, Yedi İklim in 2008, and Leyla in 2020. His band, Selim Gülgören ve Grubu, included Murat Güney on bass, Ahmet Kara on violin, Berk Bayar on drums, and Hakan Aydın on keyboards.
