Seline Dion grew up in Charlemagne, Quebec, and started singing early. She recorded her first French album, "La voix du bon Dieu," when she was twelve. In the mid-1980s, she began working with music executive René Angélil, who later became her husband and manager.
Her 1996 album "Falling into You" included the ballad "Because You Loved Me" and became a major international success. She took a break from music in 2003, and after Angélil's death in 2016, she gradually returned to recording with albums like "Courage" in 2019.
