Sergio Cammariere is an Italian singer-songwriter from Crotone who started playing piano early and studied jazz and classical music. His debut album 'Il Sogno del Poeta' came out in 1997, and he's released several others since, including 'Dalla Pace del Mare Lontano' and 'L'Amoroso.'
He works with a regular band that includes Gianluca Brugnano on keyboards, Daniele Tittarelli on guitar, Luca Bulgarelli on bass, Nicola Stingone on drums, and Raffaele Tiseo on trumpet. Cammariere has also recorded with other Italian musicians like Paolo Conte, Gino Paoli, and Stefano Bollani.
In 2009 he made 'Con Te o Senza Te' with Chiara Civello, which became one of his best-known songs. Other tracks like 'Tu Sei,' 'Estate,' and 'Tutto Quello Che Un Uomo' show his style of writing about relationships and personal reflection over piano-based arrangements.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
