Settle the Sky formed in Nashville in 2010 around Scott Moore on vocals and guitar, Jason Eady on bass and vocals, and Chris Mitchell on drums. Their first album, 'Firecracker,' came out in 2011 and led to 'Cheyenne,' a ballad that got some attention. They put out a second album in 2014 that reached number one on the Billboard Heatseekers chart.
After breaking up in 2016, they came back together in 2019 with Moore and Eady joined by a new drummer, Chris Allison. The reunited group released a third album called 'The Frontier' in 2020.
