Simplus

Simplus formed in Brazil in 1993 as a trio with Dinho on vocals and guitar, Márcio on bass, and Moisés on drums. They started playing Christian music together, working through the usual early struggles of a new band trying to find its footing.

Their sound connected more broadly in 2004 with the song 'Onde Deus Te Levar.' That track, with its clear melody and straightforward message, became a breakthrough. It anchored an album of the same name that helped establish their presence.

They kept recording steadily after that, putting out albums like 'Oitavo Dia' in 2006 and 'Deus do Impossível' in 2008. Other songs like 'Entrega' and 'A Tua Vinda' became part of their setlists. The three original members have stayed together through the years, which gives their music a consistent, familiar feel for listeners who follow them.
