Sin Dios

Sin Dios formed in Barcelona in the late 1990s, with Roberto Marqués on vocals. Their music pulls from punk and hardcore, with lyrics that lean into antifascist politics. Songs like 'Alerta Antifascista' and 'Ingobernables' became rallying points for listeners who shared those concerns.

They released their first album, Última Generación, in 2000, followed by Tantos Años de Luto in 2002. 'Alerta Antifascista' came out as a single in 2003 and later gave its name to a 2006 album. The band kept putting out records through the 2010s, including El Mañana Es Nuestro in 2014.

Their lineup included Javi Gómez on guitar, Félix Valls on bass, and Juan Fernández on drums. The music is straightforward, aggressive guitars, driving rhythms, anthemic choruses, and the message is clear. They never softened their stance, which meant they were sometimes called extreme, but for their audience, that was the point.
