Siryus formed in São Paulo in the early 2000s around vocalist Victor Amaro, guitarist Vinicius Ribas, bassist Fabio Cesar, and drummer Kiko Rover. They released their first album 'Projeto 3' in 2003.
Their 2007 album 'Circunstâncias' gave them their title track, a ballad that became one of their better-known songs. They followed it with 'Era Uma Vez' in 2010 and 'O Fim do Mundo' in 2014.
Victor Amaro's voice was the focal point, with Vinicius Ribas on guitar, Fabio Cesar on bass, and Kiko Rover on drums. Another track people remember is 'Menino do Sinal Vermelho'.
