Skiibii, born Abbey Elias in Surulere, Lagos, started releasing music around 2014. His early single 'Stay With Me' came out that year after he signed with Five Star Music. He later put out tracks like 'Sensima' and 'Big Engine'.
In 2015, there was a strange episode where false rumors spread online claiming he had died. He left Five Star Music in 2018 and started his own label called More Grace Music.
His 2022 album was titled 'God Is Bigger Than Man'.
