Their sound mixed samba and bossa nova with electronic beats, which drew some criticism from traditionalists who felt they were altering Brazilian music traditions.
Their song 'Minha Sorte' became popular in Brazil and elsewhere, with Fernanda Porto's vocals over that blend of samba rhythms and electronic production. They released their first album in 2003 and put out another called 'Samba Elétrico' in 2021.
