S'pero ar formed in São Paulo around 2012, a group of musicians who started playing together in the city. Their song "Ela É Tão Linda" came out in 2017 and became their most recognizable track.
Douglas Bittencourt sings and plays guitar, Fabrício Almeida is the lead guitarist, Lucas Marcier plays drums, and Guga Teixeira is on bass. They put out a debut album called "Sete Vidas." Another song people know is "Invasão."
In 2020, there were allegations of sexual misconduct against the band, which they denied. They kept making music after that.
