Ssann Basz

Ssann Basz is a Japanese electro-industrial band with Sanabu on vocals and lyrics, Baza on bass and electronics, and Saikai on guitar, keyboards, and sound engineering. They operate from the underground, working with themes that lean toward the darker side of things. Their 2018 remix of Blackpink's "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du" gives a sense of their approach, with Sanabu's vocals layered over driving basslines and electronic manipulation.

Their albums include "Nocturnal" from 2020 and "Psychotic" from 2022. The music tends to be raw and confrontational, which has drawn both fans and critics over time. They haven't chased mainstream recognition, staying instead with the experimental edges of their sound.
