They're known for a sound that mixes Afro-soul and R&B with local rhythms, though that description comes from their catalog copy rather than anything more specific.
Their second album, Txopela, arrived in 2010 and included the song "Txopela (part. Dom Heriques)." That track became their breakout hit. The band put out two more albums after that, A Vida e Uma Festa in 2015 and Sem Medo in 2020.
There was some copyright trouble around "Txopela" in 2013, according to their bio. The band resolved it. Their music tends to deal with love and social themes, but the existing history doesn't offer much beyond that general note.
