Archive material and source history
Stash formed in São Paulo in 2008 with Bruno Boncini on vocals, Rodriguinho on guitar, Marcelo Costa on bass, and João Lucas on drums. Their debut album 'Autointitulado' came out in 2011 and included songs like 'Tão Real' and 'Só Pra Você.'
Their 2014 album 'Só Vem' had the single 'Mais Uma,' which became a hit in Brazil. They followed it with 'Acústico Stash' and 'Identidade.'
Marcelo Costa left the band in 2017, and Rodrigo Tavares replaced him on bass. Around that time, they had some financial trouble with their former record label.
In 2018, there was a plagiarism claim about 'Só Pra Você' borrowing from an American artist's melody. Stash denied it.
