Stellabella

Stellabella formed in 2001 with Luciana Alves on vocals and guitar, Luciana Pereira on keyboards and vocals, Anderson Maia on bass, and Chico Guedes on drums. Their self-titled debut album came out in 2004 and included 'Algum sentido,' a song that connected with Brazilian listeners and helped establish the band.

In 2006, a television performance drew criticism from conservative groups who found their stage presence provocative, sparking public debate about artistic expression. The band kept recording through that period, putting out albums like 2008's 'Lágrima de Cor' and 2012's 'Perdas e Ganhos,' which incorporated samba and bossa nova elements alongside their earlier sound.

Other songs like 'Sinceramente,' 'Vambora,' and 'A Escolha' became part of their catalog as they continued working. The lineup remained stable with Alves and Pereira as the core vocalists through the years.
