Stereo Black was a four-piece alternative rock band from London. Their debut single "Save Me" came out in 2008 and got them some attention. The band included Adam Thomas on vocals, Daniel Taylor on guitar, James Matthews on bass, and Samuel Wilson on drums.
They released their first album "Echoes of the Past" in 2009, followed by three more albums over the next six years. Their sound had some grunge and punk elements, with distorted guitars and driving basslines. Some people found their lyrics and stage presence too edgy at the time.
By their later albums like "Ashes" in 2015, their songwriting had become a bit more introspective while keeping some of that earlier energy. They were active through at least the mid-2010s.
