Archive material and source history
Stereo Palma was a European dance-punk trio that formed in 1998. Their debut album 'Device' came out the following year, and they followed it with an album called 'Lick It' in 2001. The title track from that record became their most recognizable song.
That song 'Lick It' drew attention for its explicit content, which some listeners found provocative. The group's lineup changed in 2003 when drummer Simon Roth left and was replaced by Leo Gruenberg. They put out two more albums after that, 'Connection' in 2005 and 'The Secrets of Nature' in 2008.
