Stevie T is guitarist and vocalist Stevie Tefft, who started the project in 2009. He's based in Phoenix, Arizona, and has worked with bassist Sean Herrera and drummer Nick Escamilla since 2011. Their music pulls from metal and rock influences like Iron Maiden and System of a Down, but with a djent edge.
They put out their first album 'The Haunting Hour' in 2012, followed by 'The Djengineer' in 2015. One of their better-known tracks is 'Ghostbusters DJENT!', a heavy take on the Ghostbusters theme that came out in 2014 and got some attention for being both clever and divisive. Other songs include 'Metalcore Song' and 'Pop Punk Kid' featuring Brian Storm.
