Strawberry Guy

Strawberry Guy is a band built around Austin Avery's vocals and guitar, with Alanna McArdle on keys, Aryeh Judah on guitar, and Aidan Kahn on drums. They put out a debut EP called 'Strawberry Guy' that mixed indie pop with dreamier textures, then followed it with another EP titled 'Water.' Their first full-length album was 'Pool,' which continued in that vein with hazy melodies and reflective lyrics.

Their song 'Mrs Magic' became something of a signature track, capturing the wistful, introspective mood that runs through much of their work. Other songs like 'What Would I Do' and 'F Song' share that same quality, quiet, melodic pieces that feel personal and slightly removed from the mainstream.
