They're a Christian group from São Paulo, Brazil, and their music pulls from worship traditions and Brazilian rhythms like samba and bossa nova.
Their debut album 'Restaurar' came out in 2005, followed by 'Acorda Igreja' in 2009. That song 'Acorda Igreja' appears twice in their top tracks list, suggesting it's one of their more recognized pieces. They released 'Nascer Outra Vez' in 2013 and a live album in 2017.
In 2013, they collaborated with Brazilian pop singer Daniela Mercury, which drew criticism from some conservative Christian circles because Mercury is openly lesbian. The band responded that their music was about reaching everyone with a message of love.
