Super8 and Tab are a German DJ and production duo made up of Sebastian Brandt (Super8) and Jan Wäppling (Tab). They started working together in Braunschweig in the late 2000s, making trance and progressive house tracks.
In 2013 they put out 'Empire,' a track that got a lot of attention in trance circles. Another one of their songs is 'Who Needs Pain.' They've worked with other producers like BT and Armin van Buuren, and have played festivals including Tomorrowland and Ultra.
There was some noise in 2017 about their track 'Anergia' sounding too close to another artist's work, but they denied it and things settled down. They're still putting out music.
