Let me explain what I feel like, on the inside

Something that I struggle with in real life

Along with lust, and real pride

I tussle with giving up my will trying

To see through this flesh with real eyes

In the times when I feel, my flesh

To be my Aunt Viv-ian, and Uncle Phil

Pick-pick of your will Christ

This sick-sick ill life, got me feeling ill like

Selfishly taking watch, tryna steal time

So my heart's des-ire, is to remove mine

And put your will where my heart is

But Jesus says in Matthew 11:30

That His yoke is easy, and His burden is light

We just gotta have the wisdom and strength

Just put down our harness of sin, and pick up that yoke

Cause as He said, it's easy

But we, being in our flesh

Try to make picking up that yoke hard, you know what I'm saying

I'm just being real right now, you know

That's the struggle that we deal with

Dying to the flesh, you know what I mean
