Tabernáculo da Fé

Tabernáculo da Fé formed in 1986 among musicians and singers from the Igreja de Cristo in Brasília. Paulo César Baruk has led the group as conductor since its founding. Their music has stayed focused on traditional hymns and biblical themes, which has sometimes drawn criticism from listeners who prefer more contemporary gospel sounds.

Their 1997 album 'Vem Senhor, Tua Noiva Espera (Igreja de Cristo)' gave them what became their signature song. Other recordings include 'Cantai ao Senhor' from 1987, 'Firme e Inconcusso' in 1989, and 'Por Tua Graça' in 2003. Songs like 'Deus Maravilhoso' and 'Graça Superabundante' have remained in their repertoire.

The group has included vocalists like Rosângela Baruk and Samuel Messias, with Anderson Freire on piano and Camila Ferreira on violin. They've maintained a consistent presence in Brazilian gospel music without shifting toward more commercial or contemporary styles that became popular later.
