Tarcísio J. Lima is a Brazilian singer-songwriter from Barra do Corda in Maranhão. He started singing in his local church choir and later moved to Fortaleza to pursue music. His early influences included Roberto Carlos and Alcione.
In 2018, his song 'A Casa do Caminho' became popular in Brazil and internationally. Other songs like 'Vence!' and 'Alma Livre' also found an audience. His music draws from Brazilian styles like forró and sertanejo, along with popular ballad forms.
