TBStar

TBStar came out of São Paulo with a straightforward pop sound that caught on quickly. Their song "Eu Vou" got people's attention right away, becoming the track most listeners knew them by. The band's first album was called "Estrela Guia," and they followed it with records that touched on funk and samba, eventually landing on a more reflective tone with "Nosso Tempo."

Tiago Botteri sings and writes most of the material, with Bruno Bonfim handling guitar and production, and Rodrigo Scarpa on drums. They kept things simple, three people making pop music that felt immediate. Other songs like "Foi o Fim" and "Já Pensou?" followed a similar vein: melodic, direct, and built for radio.

Their shows developed a reputation for being high-energy, and they built a following in Brazil without much fuss. They didn't really shift genres or chase trends; they just made the kind of pop that worked in São Paulo clubs and on weekend playlists. It was enough to keep them going.
