Telefe is an Argentine duo formed by guitarist and vocalist Diego "Tele" Deibe and bassist and singer Pablo "Fede" Fernández. They started making music in the late 2000s, and their song "De a Dos" became their most recognizable track. Another song people know is "Lunes 14."
Their first album was called El Primer Paso in 2009, followed by De a Dos in 2011, Inseparables in 2013, and Un Nuevo Comienzo in 2016. The music tends to be acoustic guitar-driven with harmonies and romantic lyrics.
In 2011 they won a Premio Gardel for Best New Artist, and in 2012 they received an MTV Latin America Award for Best Pop Group. Around that same time there were some plagiarism allegations about "De a Dos," which the duo denied.
