Teleks was a Finnish rock band that formed in the early 2000s. Their song 'Elämäni Viimeinen Elämäni Rakkaus' became a hit, and they had other tracks like 'Hiipivä Aamu' and 'Koirapuistossa' that found an audience.
The band included vocalist Kari Kurkela, guitarist Jupe Litmanen, bassist Mikko Salovaara, and drummer Matti Ranta. They put out albums such as Rakkaudesta Elämään in 2002, Elämäni Viimeinen Elämäni Rakkaus in 2004, Sireenit in 2006, and Totuus in 2008.
In 2006, Teleks drew some criticism for their cover of the Finnish folk song 'Finlandia,' which sparked debate about commercializing cultural material. The band stopped playing together in 2015.
