Frost's personal struggles with addiction and mental health contributed to frequent lineup changes and a volatile atmosphere within the band. Despite this, they continued recording, putting out albums like 'Broken Promises' in 1973 and 'The Lost Album' in 1975.
Their catalog includes songs like 'Blue Jay,' 'Down,' and 'Let You Go.' The band's later years saw a 1995 release called 'Return to Grace.'
