Thalissa Faleiro started out in the girl group Balaclava in São Paulo, releasing two albums with them before going solo in 2015. Her early solo work got mixed reactions, but she kept writing from her own experiences.
She followed that with albums like 'Doce Veneno' in 2019 and 'A.M.A.R.' in 2021. Songs like 'Confia Em Mim' and 'Milagres Invisíveis' show her leaning into straightforward, personal songwriting rather than chasing trends. Her current band includes guitarist Gabriel Ventura, bassist Bruno Morais, and drummer Pedro Resende.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
