The 88 formed in Los Angeles in the early 2000s. Their name comes from the 88 keys on a piano, which gives a hint about their sound. They put out songs like "At Least It Was Here" and "Hide Another Mistake."
Their debut album was called "Over and Over," and it had "At Least It Was Here" on it. They also released albums titled "Sweet and Sad" and "This Is Where I Sleep." The band took a break around 2007 but came back a few years later with some different people playing.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
