The Jungle Giants formed in Brisbane in 2011, with Sam Hales on vocals and guitar, Andrew Dooris on bass, and Cesira Aitken on drums. Their first album, "Learn to Exist," came out in 2013 and included the song "She's a Riot," which got some radio play in Australia.
They put out "Speakerzoid" in 2016, then "Quiet Ferocity" in 2019. That album had "Used To Be In Love," which became one of their most streamed tracks. Other songs like "Mr. Polite" and "Heavy Hearted" show their mix of indie pop and electronic touches.
The band has worked with other Australian artists, though the existing history cuts off before listing them all.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
