The Komets had a hit with '7 Minutes' in the mid-1990s. That song came from their 1994 album of the same name, which got them some mainstream attention. They put out a few more records after that, including 'Escape Velocity' in 1996 and 'Gravity' in 1999.
Their catalog includes a Christmas song called 'Silent Night' and a version of 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.' They also recorded a track called 'Dead End Street' with Fritz Fisherman. The band's lineup included Lucas Secon on vocals, Chris Cross on lead guitar, Tim Howard on rhythm guitar, John Carter on bass, and Gary Mason on drums.
They took a break for a while in the late 1990s. When they came back, they released 'The Final Frontier' in 2003.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
