Their debut album came out in 1969, also called "The Lonely Ones." They followed it with three more records over the next several years, ending with 1976's "The Final Chapter." The band's music drew some attention for its introspective themes, but they never became mainstream figures.
After their final album, the members largely stepped away from public life. Their recordings have remained in circulation, mostly through reissues and word of mouth among listeners drawn to that particular late-60s Los Angeles sound.
