The Tombers formed in London in 2004, a gothic metal band drawn to macabre themes. Their lineup included Edward "Reaper" Blackmore on vocals and guitar, Vincent "Archon" Crowley on guitar, Marcus "Wolfram" Blackwood on bass, and Nathaniel "Shadow" Hawthorne on drums.
The record did well commercially, and they toured heavily with elaborate stage shows.
In 2010, bassist Marcus Blackwood left the band due to creative differences. Their catalog includes songs like "Funeral For You," "Insect Invasion," and "Liquid Flesh."
