The Ultimate Time formed in Rio de Janeiro in the early 2000s. The group included vocalist Caio Cesar, guitarist Rafael Moreira, drummer Fernando Rossi, and bassist Bruno Magalhaes.
Their 2005 album "Nunca Me Deu Valor" gave the band its breakthrough. The title track became their most enduring song, though they also recorded other tracks like "Olha Pra Trás" and "Tudo Que Sempre Quis."
Some critics questioned their blend of Brazilian rhythms with rock elements, but the band continued working with that approach for several years.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
