The Vandon Arms formed in Manchester in the early 2000s, with Billy Reeves on vocals and Danny Carter on guitar. Their debut album 'Losers and Boozers' came out in 2004, and the title track became one of their most recognizable songs. They followed it with 'City Lights' in 2006 and 'The Great Escape' in 2009.
Their music includes songs like 'Muirsheen Durkin' and 'The Legend of Johnny Grey'. The band's lineup also included Jake Evans on bass and Sam Harris on drums. They released two more albums, 'Shadows and Echoes' in 2012 and 'The Road Less Traveled' in 2016.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
