The Weathers formed in Los Angeles in 2016 around brothers Cameron Boyer on vocals and guitar and Carson Boyer on drums, with keyboardist Cole Carson. They put out their first EP, 'Kids in the Night,' in 2017. The next year they played the Vans Warped Tour.

After Carson left in 2019, the band kept releasing music, including the EPs 'Happy Go Lucky' and 'Pillows and Therapy.' Their first full album, 'Rooms for Rent,' came out in 2021. It has a track called 'Forever This Way' with Derek Sanders from Mayday Parade. Other songs of theirs include 'Completely' and 'I Really Want You.'
