The Weiners formed in Los Angeles in the late 1990s with Michael Friend on vocals and guitar, Adam Arling on drums, Ryan Reynolds on bass, and Daniel Burger on keyboards. They signed with Epitaph Records and released their debut album 'All About Anarchy' in 2002. That record included the single 'Finally Free (Down Inside)', which became their breakout track.
Their music drew attention for its energetic sound and sometimes provocative lyrics. They continued releasing albums like 'Too Good to Be True' in 2004 and 'Controlled by Chaos' in 2007.
Other songs in their catalog include 'Point Dexter (You Nancy Boy)', 'Voice For Myself', and 'We Are The Weiners'.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
