Early arrival

Eager to materialize

Shivering, I shut my eyes

I should have worn that dress you like

A subtle entry

I'll pretend to not see you

Distraction for a lesser view

Casual greeting

Artificial temperament

Delight at any farce I said

A likening, a compliment

Dim-lit glow

Are you gazing longer?

Colorful, you tantalize

An ocean for a mountainside

A motion for my hand to hide in

Befriender of old lovers

Be a friend of mine

To not recoil at my questioning

Of the criminal kind

A symptom of a flutter

If there's a budding

Dawning far beyond digression

While my guard is now possessing

Flowers blooming, manifesting

Come to a close

With hesitation
