TheLivingTombstone started in 2012 as a collaboration between Ethan Meixsell and Gabe Castro. They've kept their identities mostly hidden, which has made their music feel more like something that exists on its own rather than being attached to specific people.

Their track 'It's Been So Long' became one of those internet songs that seems to be everywhere at once. It's built around a simple, repeating melody that sticks in your head, and it shows up in fan videos and memes years after it first appeared.

They put out an EP called 'Haunt' early on, and later released 'Echo' with Crusher-P. The music tends to be electronic with dark, sometimes unsettling lyrics, but it's usually wrapped in catchy production that makes it work as dance music too.
