His debut album 'Entre Águas e Estrelas' came out in 2010, followed by 'O Tempo É Água' in 2014.
His 2017 single 'Água' became his most recognizable song. It spent weeks at the top of Brazilian charts and found listeners internationally. Other songs in his catalog include 'Eu Queria Ver o Sol Nascer,' 'Formiga Na Boca,' and 'Plano Floresta.'
In 2019, Genthil faced plagiarism accusations related to 'Água,' which he denied. He later released the album 'Sentimento' in 2020.
