Tik Tak was an all-female pop quartet from Slovenia that formed in 1997. The original lineup included Maja Martina Merljak, Irena Jalšovec, Katarina Habe, and Petra Lomovšek, working with producer Marjan Drobez. Their debut single "(Gimme Some) Excitement" became an immediate hit in Slovenia.
They released several albums including "Popstars" in 2000, "In the Mix" in 2002, and "Daj še enkrat" in 2004. Their songs like "Aivan Sama" and "Harhaa" maintained their upbeat pop sound. Maja Martina Merljak left the group in 1999 to pursue solo work, but the band continued with a revised lineup.
Tik Tak performed internationally across Europe and Asia during their active years.
