Times of Grace is an American metalcore band formed by Adam Dutkiewicz and Jesse Leach. Dutkiewicz was already known as the guitarist for Killswitch Engage, while Leach had previously been the vocalist for Norma Jean. They started working together in 2007, creating music that felt more personal than what they were doing with their main bands at the time.
Their first album, 'The Hymn of a Broken Man,' came out in 2009. It included songs like 'Live In Love' and 'The Forgotten One,' which leaned into themes of struggle and recovery. They followed it with 'Songs of Loss and Hope' in 2011, which had tracks such as 'Where The Spirit Leads Me' and 'Willing.'
After that second album, the band went quiet for several years. They didn't release new music again until 2018, when they started playing shows and working on material again. The project has always been something they return to when the timing feels right, rather than a full-time commitment.
