Tobu

Tobu is the project of Dutch producer Tobi Lou. He started making music in Duiven, Netherlands, where he grew up listening to both classical pieces and electronic dance tracks. Early on, he worked mostly alone with a synthesizer.

In 2014, his track "Candyland" gained attention online. The song's light, melodic style connected with listeners and helped build an audience for his work. Since then, he has put out albums like "Flow" in 2017 and "Polaris" in 2019.

His songs often feature clear, uplifting melodies and guest vocalists. You can hear this in tracks like "If I Disappear" with Tom Mårtensson or "Let It Be Now" featuring Brenton Mattheus. Other songs like "Return To The Wild" and "Cruel" show his continued focus on melodic electronic production.
