His song 'Ninguém Gosta Mais Desse Boi do Que Eu' became popular enough to be remembered years later, with its simple, catchy chorus about a lonely bull. He also recorded other tracks like 'Toada da Vaqueirada' and 'Boi Manaus' that stayed in circulation.
