Trinidad James

Trinidad James, born Nicholas Williams, came out of Atlanta with 'All Gold Everything' in 2012. The track's simple, repetitive hook and flashy video caught on quickly, becoming an internet phenomenon that briefly put him in the spotlight. He was part of the rap collective ATM at the time.

He followed up with a mixtape called 'Don't Be S.A.F.E.' in 2013 and later put out studio albums like '10 Pc. Mild' and 'The Wake Up.' Other songs in his catalog include 'Allaus' with OG Maco and 'Definition Of A Fuck Nigga' featuring Problem and Lil Debbie.

There was a contract dispute with Def Jam Recordings that became public, and his over-the-top style drew some criticism. He worked with artists like 2 Chainz and Gucci Mane and had a collective called Gold Gang. The energy of that early hit, for better or worse, became his calling card.
