Trío los Indianos

Trío Los Indianos formed in Mexico City in 1976 with Alejandro Sandoval, Juan Mendoza, and Pedro Zamora. They started playing local cantinas and festivals, working their way up in a competitive scene. Their self-titled debut album came out in 1983, followed by 'El Trio Se Fue' with songs like 'Los Amados' and 'Tu Amor Me Persigue.'

Their third album, 'Septiembre En Tu Piel,' arrived in 1986 and changed things. The title track became their signature song, a ballad that connected with listeners across Mexico. They also recorded 'Que Lindo Es Mi Quito,' another track that found an audience. The group kept touring and releasing music through the 1990s, though they faced some internal conflicts and public scrutiny during that period.

Over time, the original members began passing responsibilities to younger musicians while the group continued performing. Their music, particularly 'Septiembre En Tu Piel,' still gets played at festivals and gatherings where people remember those earlier recordings.
