Trio Madrigal was a Brazilian vocal group active in the late 1950s and early 1960s. They recorded several albums including 'Trio Madrigal' in 1958, 'Bossanova' in 1959, and 'Canta e Encanta' in 1960. The trio consisted of Maria Tereza Madeira on vocals, Oswaldo Guilherme on guitar, and Ronaldo Bôscoli writing lyrics.
Their most recognizable song is 'Dominó,' which became popular in Brazil. The track featured their vocal harmonies over bossa nova rhythms. They disbanded in 1963, though they reunited briefly for some concerts and recordings in the 1990s.
